Industrial Real Estate
Saint John is home to three major Industrial Parks (McAllister, Spruce Lake and Grandview), two of which have a variety of excellent industrial development sites ranging from 1 to 500+ acres.
The industrial parks in Saint John are owned and managed by Saint John Industrial Parks Ltd. They facilitate the land sales; work on infrastructure development and improvements in the parks and enhancements to existing and undeveloped properties in the parks by pursuing innovative programs aimed at making businesses in the parks successful.
The Grandview Industrial Park was the first industrial park in Saint John. Its tenants include a broad mix of industrial operations including manufacturing, transportation, service, and large industry. Only secondary transactions occur in this park today.
